Employment type:Full-time
Salary & Benefits:Up to 16,100 gross + 3,240 language bonus + meal allowance (7.63/day) + transport (700) + yearly performance bonus (5% of base)

What youll do:
- Review and assess user reports on video content
- Handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism
- Remove inappropriate or policy-violating content
- Apply guidelines consistently to ensure a safe viewing environment
What were looking for:
- German native/fluent + English (B2+)
- Flexible for rotating shifts (including occasional nights)
- Tolerance for sensitive/graphic content
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
- Quick learner, adaptable, and objective in decision-making
What we offer:
- Relocation allowance + housing assistance
- For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:
- Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS
- Assistance in finding housing according to your needs
- Relocation bonus of 2,500 gross (paid with the first payroll cycle)
- For candidates already in Portugal (100km+ from Lisbon):
- 1,500 gross relocation support
- Free shuttle service
- Meal allowance & transport support
- Health & life insurance (including family plan)
- Paid training (2 months) + 1-year contract (30 days probation)
- Yearly performance bonus

Shifts:
Weekly rotation (daily shifts only, for now)
