We are looking for an Help Desk Consultant to provide on-site IT support to end users across multiple customer locations in the Mozelos area.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to end users at customer locations.
- Travel between customer sites within the designated service area as required.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues on desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
- Install and configure operating system images on PCs and laptops.
- Support network infrastructure activities, including rack and cabling tasks.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of industrial IT equipment.
- Resolve IT incidents and service requests both on-site and remotely whenever applicable.
- Record, update, and manage support tickets with detailed information regarding actions performed and solutions implemented.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Good understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking.
- Experience providing end-user IT support.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Experience with PC and laptop deployment and imaging processes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
