About the Role:
Are you fluent in German and English (both mandatory) and passionate about providing stellar customer service? Do you want to work the night shift from sunny Malaga or Lisbon? Your Mission:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with our customers through phone, email, chat, and social media. You're the voice and heart of our brand
- Solve and Delight: Solve problems, offer solutions, and make our customers feel valued and understood.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate closely with our fantastic team, including Team Leaders, Managers, and our Customer Success Team.
- Juggle and Excel: Balance multiple projects with ease and manage different timelines like a pro.

What We're Looking For:
- Multilingual Superstar: Fluent in German and English. Bonus points if you speak another language
- Experience Counts: Ideally, you have at least a year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role.
- Tech-Friendly: Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and excited about cars and electric vehicles.
