We would like to meet a Business Analyst for a project with a hybrid working model in Porto, Portugal (2x/week at the office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Design and document system processes
- Define and execute test cases
- Coordinate QA and UAT activities
- Act as the bridge between business users and development teams
- Manage stakeholders, dependencies and blockers
- Collaborate with international teams in Porto and Paris
- Support user training, documentation and procedures
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment
Key Requirements:
- 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
- Background in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or Market Data
- Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Functional Analysis
- Experience writing Functional Specifications
- Experience with Test Cases, QA & UAT Coordination
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- French is a plus
- Hybrid in Porto – 2 days/week
