Role Overview:
We are looking for an RPA/AI Developer to join one of our teams in Lisbon and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions.
You will work on innovative projects that combine Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Generative AI technologies to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using leading automation platforms;
- Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions through APIs and intelligent automation workflows; Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions;
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the quality, reliability, and performance of automation deliverables;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams while maintaining technical and functional documentation.
What you are like:
- Proficient in RPA development using platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere;
- Knowledgeable in Artificial Intelligence concepts and technologies, including Generative AI, RAG, NLP, or Machine Learning;
- Experienced in software development using technologies such as Python, C# .NET, Java, Angular, or NoSQL databases;
- Comfortable working in multicultural teams and hybrid working environments.
