Join the customer support team for bol.com, one of the best-known e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands and Belgium, while working fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal.
Candidates currently outside Portugal are also welcome — relocation support is available.
Job Highlights
- 100% remote within Portugal
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts
- Paid training
- Private health insurance from the start of employment
- Relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal, including flight support, airport pickup and assistance with local paperwork
Compensation
Without company accommodation- €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including:
- €1,055 base salary
- Holiday & Christmas allowances
- €154 meal allowance
- €50 productivity bonus
- €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Dutch
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
- EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
