We are looking for a HR Business Automation specialist with passion for process improvement in our HR environment, delivering both Lean & Digital real solutions that enhance the user experience.

You will be responsible for implementing solutions that improve HR process efficiency, increase simplicity and automation, and do so in close relation with process owners / product owners. The role combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of business operations to create software solutions that automate tasks and enhance productivity.

Main responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas that can benefit from automation using low‑code or no‑code platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design automation solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
  • Utilize low‑code and no‑code development platforms to create custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions (including RPA).
  • Test and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet established quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of automation solutions, processes, and configurations.
  • Provide training to end‑users and offer ongoing support to address issues and optimize automated processes.
  • Ensure that automation solutions adhere to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards, mainly Data Protection regulation.

requisitos/requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong team spirit, open and able to communicate and work remotely with a geographically distributed team, based on a trust‑based setup.
  • Rigorous and autonomous way of working that can adapt to changing situations.
  • Project management and Agile skills.
  • Problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Analytics skills and passion for operational excellence.
  • Experience in application development using no‑code / low‑code platforms (e.g., Google AppSheet).
  • Interest in technology and IT tools.
  • Conviction in the power of data and interest in KPIs / measures.
  • Knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
  • Workday, Cornerstone, or SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools is a plus (intermediate).
