Intelcia Shared Services specializes in Talent Management Outsourcing (TMO), Permanent Placement, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), supporting companies with talent acquisition and management.
Задачи
- Act as a facilitator and guardian of procurement process rules, performing sanity checks and quality control of Purchase Order (PO) data
- Receive, analyze, and register support requests from internal clients or the Middle Office Team Manager, ensuring a prompt and efficient response
- Resolve incidents and provide ongoing support to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) teams
- Identify opportunities to improve request resolution workflows and contribute to continuous process optimization
- Coordinate and collaborate with cost accounting teams, internal business lines, and external suppliers
Требования
- A degree, preferably in Management, Finance, or a related field
- 0 To 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Advanced or expert-level English fluency
- Strong customer orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy, excellent prioritization, and ability to work under pressure
- Будет плюсом: SAP knowledge, Accounts Payable processes, basic French
