Shape the Future of Sustainable Technology
Are you a Software Architect who enjoys combining technical leadership with hands-on engineering? Join an international technology team building modern cloud-native solutions that support the renewable energy sector.
We're looking for an experienced professional who can bridge business requirements and technical execution, helping teams design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions while driving architectural excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design and evolve cloud-native architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Azure
Define architectural standards and best practices around:
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Hexagonal Architecture
- Software Craftsmanship
Create and maintain architecture documentation using frameworks such as C4 or arc42
Support development teams through architecture reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Participate throughout the complete software lifecycle, from concept to production
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Technical Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience designing microservices, distributed systems, and REST APIs
- Solid understanding of DDD, Clean Architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and NoSQL technologies
- Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
- AWS or Google Cloud Platform exposure
- Experience in product-based environments
- Portuguese or German language skills
