French speakers in Portugal: no English needed, a customer service role in the energy sector. We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist (French) to support customers of a company in the oil and gas sector. The role is based in Porto or Guimarães, and you'll work entirely in French.
What you do
- Be the voice of an energy company for its French-speaking customers
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues clearly and professionally
- Keep service quality high on a busy, fast-moving team
What you bring
- Fluent French (English is not required)
- A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliability and a good fit with a rotating schedule

Rotating schedule, Monday to Saturday, between 7am and 7pm. Your choice of location: Porto or Guimarães. This role doesn't include relocation support, so we're looking for candidates already living in Portugal.
