Responsibilities
- After in-depth training, assist users via chat, email, or phone, offering guidance on beauty-related products and social features, troubleshooting issues, and becoming a go-to expert for the platform.
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch and strong English, curiosity for the latest trends, excellent communication, and a passion for creating a positive user experience.
- Prior experience is a plus, but motivation is key.
