Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager with a strong focus on Commercial Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective dashboard creation and KPI monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills and expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, delivering scalable and impactful BI solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop commercial analytics dashboards.
- Design and maintain KPI monitoring systems to track performance and identify trends.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to ensure efficient data extraction and processing.
- Lead the implementation and management of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Train and support internal teams on best practices for data visualization and reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and visualization.
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with different business units and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
