Customer Advisor for Insurance Company in Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Insurance company will be:
You will be booking insurance meetings on behalf of French insurers.
You will have the first contact with potential customers where you identify their needs and put the meeting directly into the Insurer's calendar.
The insurer is responsible for the sale, so your task will be to offer a meeting between the insurer and the customer, and as you book meetings for Denmark's leading insurance company, you have good arguments on your hand.
Identifying issues and providing solutions.
Being a team player and participating in the success of the team and project, e.g., providing cover for absent colleagues together with the team and attending regular team meetings.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
A native level of French and an advanced level of English.
Interest in customer relationships and solving issues.
Being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace.
Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required).
What's in it for you?
Full-time 6 months fixed-term contract.
39h/week, Monday to Friday on rotative shifts (08:30 to 17:00).
Salary: 890€/gross per 14 months + 100€/month performance bonus + 60€/month complexity bonus + meal vouchers of 7.63€/work day.
If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 1 year of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay).
