Requirements As Senior Software Engineer you have a crucial part in building & improving a modern technological architecture, building functional solutions that work for all our customers and are well integrated within our broad range of solutions. Well-working solutions are critical to our customers success, which means that quality beats speed in our development strategy. We work in biweekly sprints that are managed by the teams themselves in combination with our Product Management. You will also be essential in building our Lisbon hub from scratch. This comes with the responsibility of coaching and mentoring less experienced developers that will be joining our team. Does this sound like you?
