Ook de samenwerking met de regio is essentieel voor het succes van Nederland.De rol van Head of Marketing NLJe bent als Head of Marketing NL eindverantwoordelijk voor het gehele merken portfolio, op dit moment bestaande uit de lokale merken Sultana en Verkade (koek en chocola) en het global brand McVities.Het gaat om een hele brede marketing rol, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor de strategie, het portfolio management, conceptontwikkeling en innovatie, media, ATL en BTL communicatie.Je stuurt het marketing team aan, bestaande uit 6 (senior) brand managers en een aantal stagiaires. Leiderschap is key in deze rol: je bent geen micro manager, maar iemand die bijdraagt aan het sterker maken van het team. Vertrouwen, ownership, vrijheid en zelf keuzes laten maken zijn belangrijk.Je rapporteert aan de General Manager NL en je hebt een dotted lijn naar de marketing director Western Europe & Emerging Markets.Voor deze rol en de fase waarin het bedrijf zich bevindt, is het cruciaal dat de kandidaat naast de juiste relevante marketing ervaring (10-15 jaar bewezen track record in het bouwen en laten groeien van A-merken in FMCG), ook bezit over de juiste mentaliteit en persoonlijkheid.We zoeken iemand die niet alleen strategisch sterk is, maar ook voldoende common sense, lef en ondernemerschap heeft om keuzes te maken. Idealiter heb je niet alleen corporate maar ook lokale ervaring. Je hebt ervaring in het managen van een cultuur verandering en het meenemen en motiveren van mensen.
