is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports & Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal, being responsible for managing the main hotel units, located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

Details is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and elevate the marketing efforts for our Hospitality Division, ensuring our units are well positioned in the market. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, have a strategic vision oriented towards long-term success, and demonstrate innovative thinking to constantly improve and elevate our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Hospitality Division, aligning with each property’s identity and overall business objectives. Lead the design, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Oversee brand positioning efforts, ensuring each business is marketed to its target audience effectively. Drive market research initiatives to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (advertising agencies, PR firms, etc.) to develop and execute creative campaigns. Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Oversee budget management and resource allocation to maximize ROI on marketing activities. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continually refine marketing strategies and drive data-driven decision-making. Support the sales team with effective marketing tools, promotional strategies, and partnership opportunities to drive bookings and revenue growth. Represent the Hospitality Division in key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and establish valuable networks. Alignment with Details' Sports Marketing Division. Strategic support to Sales, Revenue and E-commerce departments. Guarantees the implementation of marketing pieces and communication within each business unit in conjunction with the local team.

Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on leading hospitality marketing teams Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and performance analytics. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing efforts. Superior communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of CRM, email marketing, and hotel website management systems is highly desirable. Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing marketing team towards achieving business goals.
