Imagem da loja: manter a loja devidamente ordenada, seguindo os padrões visuais, bem como actualizada com os produtos necessários para oferecer um serviço de qualidade. Adequação cultural: cuidar e fazer parte de um ambiente de equipa positivo, incentivando a colaboração e o trabalho em equipa.
