We are recruiting a F&B Manager (M/F) for the New Tivoli Estela Golf & Lodges Porto, with a privileged location between the sea and the Estela Golf course in Póvoa do Varzim, perfect for families, golf and nature lovers, scheduled to open in early 2025.
FUNÇÃO E RESPONSABILIDADES
Enquanto F&B Manager (M/F) reportará ao Diretor F&B e ficará responsável por apoiar a Direção de F&B na difusão procedimentos organizacionais e boas práticas, assegurando a sua implementação, o desenvolvimento dos serviços de F&B e o cumprimento dos standards, de forma a garantir a prestação de um serviço de qualidade e excelência, excedendo as expectativas do cliente, desenvolvendo os colaboradores e criando valor para o acionista.
PROCURAMOS CANDIDATOS COM:
- Sorriso genuíno - Orientação para o cliente. - Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa. - Autonomia e Iniciativa. - Flexibilidade de Horários. - Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes. Hotéis de 4 ou 5 estrelas. - Conhecimento de Português, Inglês e outra Língua Estrangeira (fluente ao nível da oralidade - preferencial). - Bacharelato ou Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo ou similares (preferencial). - Bom nível de cultura geral e conhecimento do destino do hotel. - Conhecimentos Informáticos: Microsoft Office, Internet, Base de Dados e aplicações específicas para a área de F&B/ hotelaria.

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As F&B Manager (M/F), he will report to the F&B Director and will be responsible for support the F&B Department in implementation organizational procedures and good practices, ensuring their implementation and the development of F&B services and complying with the standards of luxury hotel service, in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding the expectations of the client.
WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:
- Genuine smile - Customer orientation. - Teamwork - Autonomy and Initiative. - Time flexibility. - Professional experience in similar roles. 4- or 5-star hotels. - Knowledge of Portuguese, English and another foreign language (fluent in speaking - preferred). - Bachelor''s or Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or similar (preferred). - Good level of general knowledge and knowledge of the hotel''s destination. - Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the F&B/hospitality.
