Job Description The
Programmatic & Direct IO Media Planner
is responsible for campaign management activities, from setup to creation, quality control/KPIs, optimizations, reporting, and invoicing. The role also includes the preparation of presentations for clients, whether they are strategic, tactical, or status updates.
Responsibilities Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g., real-time bidding, audience buying, retargeting campaigns) both independently and in support of agency teams; Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the entire programmatic campaign lifecycle; Support the development of client reports; Assess inventory availability and formulate proposals for new opportunities for clients; Manage the delivery of creatives, IOs, and relevant documentation for campaign launch; Traffic tags in exchanges (e.g., DV360, AdForm, TradeDesk, etc.); Ensure quality control in implementation, pacing, and campaign performance; Update billing systems when applicable; Participate in regular knowledge-sharing meetings to exchange and learn new optimization strategies.
Profile and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; Good command of English; Over 1 year of experience in programmatic buying within an agency environment; Experience with platforms, preferably DV360, Adform, and TradeDesk; Curious, motivated, with a strong ability to work both in a team and independently; Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel; Knowledge of integrated media planning will be a plus.
