A MVGM Portugal encontra-se a recrutar um Technical Manager para integrar a equipa. Com Report ao Head of Technical Management, será responsável pelo suporte técnico dos ativos, apoiando as diferentes áreas de gestão, garantindo o cumprimento dos requisitos legais e a implementação das melhores práticas sustentáveisResponsabilidades Principais:Colaboração com as restantes áreas da empresa (gestão de ativos, marketing, operacional, financeira e legal);Prestar suporte técnico aos gestores de ativos, contribuindo para a elaboração de planos de investimento de OPEX e CAPEX adaptados às necessidades dos edifícios;Iniciar e gerir os projetos de investimento aprovados nos edifícios;Responsável pela elaboração de processos de procurement;Habilidade em identificar riscos, e desenvolver planos de mitigação dos mesmos e planos de contingência com vista à sua eliminação;Responsável por garantir a adequada supervisão dos serviços, equipamentos, instalações, garantindo o cumprimento dos requisitos legais técnicos das operações e os padrões de qualidade adequados exigidos pelo cliente;Elaborar, supervisionar e acompanhar planos de OPEX e CAPEX para os ativos;Elaborar reports e colaborar em due diligences técnicas;Contribuir para a gestão de projetos de grande envergadura, desde a concepção até a implementação, incluindo atividades como licenciamento, planeamento de controlo de custos;Conhecimento das boas práticas ambientais e políticas da Empresa.Requisitos:Perfil técnico – Licenciamento em Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas;Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes;Conhecimentos do mercado imobiliário, bem como da legislação e regulamentos de segurança e relacionados com ESG;Conhecimentos sólidos dos princípios de gestão de instalações, manutenção de equipamentos e requisitos de segurança e health and safety;Orientação para o cliente e resultados;Capacidade de planeamento e organização;Rigor e excelência na execução de tarefas;Alto senso de responsabilidade;Espírito de equipe e facilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;Proatividade, assertividade, dinamismo e resiliência;Agilidade na resolução de problemas;Possível necessidade de viajar dentro do território nacional- Carta de condução;Flexibilidade demonstrada para se adaptar a circunstâncias em mudança, condicionantes operacionais e tecnologias;Conhecimentos sólidos em MS Office, Autocad, Microsoft Project, certificações em sustentabilidade (Breeam, Leed, Well);Fluência em inglês e português; espanhol é uma vantagem.Oportunidade de crescimento profissional numa empresa de referência;Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
