.Supply Chain Operations ManagerLisboa Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal Job Description The Position As a Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Manager, you will be joining the Spain / Portugal Cluster and you will be engaged with the distribution activities, project / initiatives at cluster level, being exposed to people management experience. The role provides Supply Chain management expert advice and counsel to all levels within the Spanish and Portuguese Commercial Operations Organization (OCO) in order to assure the best product supply and customer satisfaction while making effective use of the company resources and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Success in the role will mean being able to sustain and continuously improve business performance (service/revenue, cost, quality, working capital) and innovate processes in a complex environment with numerous local and regional stakeholders. As part of the- regional SCO Europe extended leadership team, the role will support the development and the implementation of initiatives as per functional priorities. You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Associate Director for Spain and Portugal Responsibilities Primary activities include, but are not limited to: Management: Leading, coaching, develop the team assigned (1 or 2 direct reports) Coordinate the direct report(s)' work organization and execution Operations / Financial: Lead 3PL activities oversight Monthly KPI s and SLA s monitoring in adherence with contract provisions for both finished goods and promotional material. Identify improvement paths when gaps are identified. Build internal KPI reporting
