Principais responsabilidades Responsabilidades:
Conduzir a elaboração e execução dos planos estratégicos e operacionais, visando a assegurar o seu desenvolvimento, crescimento e continuidade; Planear, coordenar e controlar as actividades afectas ao departamento de planeamento, compras e logística, nas vertentes de gestão de fornecedores, aprovisionamento, planeamento, armazenagem, expedição e distribuição. Garantir um planeamento de produção eficiente e eficaz, de forma a assegurar os níveis de stocks, assim como a optimização dos recursos disponíveis na fábrica e as necessidades em sistema, por forma a garantir que as compras tenham a informação necessária para fazer as encomendas; Análise e acompanhamento dos pedidos, juntamente com os departamentos envolvidos, de modo a aumentar a assertividade do requisito e a garantir a máxima satisfação do cliente interno; Supervisionar e garantir o cumprimento da gestão de armazém, stocks e entradas e saídas de material. Gerir e controlar o stock, garantindo a validade e fiabilidade das informações (quebras, não conformidades, devoluções, etc.); Assegurar um nível de serviço de excelência. Perfil desejado Perfil:
Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Engenharia, Logística, Economia ou equivalente; Experiência mínima de 7 anos em funções similares; Domínio oral e escrito de Inglês (e outras línguas como factor preferencial); Domínio de ferramentas informáticas na óptica do utilizador Competências de comunicação, negociação e organização; Capacidade de se relacionar, trabalhar em equipa e liderar pessoas com diferentes backgrounds culturais e funcionais.
