To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced marketing Specialist to join our team in Portugal or Spain.
Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and digital marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including graphics creation, website management, social media content creation and management, reporting, and collaboration with various departments to support marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality graphics and videos for social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines. Provide support in PowerPoint presentations, including template creation and document layout. Create branded documents based on existing templates and elements. Manage the company website, including creating new pages on HubSpot Develop and execute social media content plans, ensuring consistency and engagement. Collaborate with sales, HR, and product teams on marketing projects and initiatives. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and project planning. Required Skills: Excellent English language skills, native proficiency preferred. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, with the ability to create visually compelling content. Strong understanding of marketing principles and processes. Experience in social media management and content planning. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to use Canva Nice to have: Experience with copywriting and content creation. Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment. Cross-cultural work experience or experience in international marketing. Background in agency or copywriting roles.
