The ideal candidate will lead and execute sustainability projects, develop and implement sustainability strategies, and provide expert guidance to clients to enhance their sustainability performance and ESG practices, leveraging digital solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage sustainability consulting projects, including sustainability strategy development, ESG performance assessment, and sustainability reporting, utilising digital tools and technologies to optimise processes and insights.Collaborate with clients to identify sustainability risks, opportunities, and priorities, and develop tailored sustainability solutions and action plans, leveraging digital platforms and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments, audits, and benchmarking to evaluate and improve clients' sustainability performance and compliance with sustainability standards and regulations, utilising digital solutions for real-time monitoring and reporting.Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of sustainability topics, including climate change, circular economy, renewable energy, and social responsibility, leveraging digital innovations to enhance sustainability practices and stakeholder engagement.Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, employees, suppliers, and investors, to build awareness, alignment, and commitment to sustainability goals and initiatives, utilising digital communication channels and platforms to enhance engagement and collaboration.Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to inform and enhance consulting services and client recommendations, leveraging digital insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.Master's degree or relevant professional certification (, LEED, CSR, GRI) is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, ESG management, or related fields.Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and best practices.Proven project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.Passion for sustainability and a commitment to leveraging digital technologies for positive change.Fluent English oral and written skills.Additional InformationDevoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
