A Snapshot of Your Day In your role as Cybersecurity Governance Officer (f/m/d), you coordinate and drive all activities in your responsibility of Cybersecurity Management, Cybersecurity Policies and Framework, and Cybersecurity Risk Management. You take care of the organization and process as well as the cooperation and appropriate implementation of the Cybersecurity Procedures, Bodies and Boards in your area of responsibility.
How You'll Make an Impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Cybersecurity policies and standards
Enhancing the Cybersecurity policy framework (based on ISO 27001 standard) for compliance with regulations and standards for the IT and OT environment.
Continuous maintaining and updating of Cybersecurity Risks in alignment with all relevant stakeholder
Support in the development of risk mitigation strategies and guidance
Develop and support the reporting capabilities for Cybersecurity via dashboards to management and business areas as part of the governance function
Support the Governance processes and procedures for assets, exceptions, and other key items
What You Bring Master's degree in computer science or natural sciences or other comparable qualification
Analytical mindset as well as the ability and willingness to quickly master new topics
Technical and organizational skills in cybersecurity and risk management
Good knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) underline the expertise
Some years of experience in cybersecurity governance or similar
Ability to act calmly and competently in high-stress situations
Proven high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters professionally and mature, extended by a large degree of initiative, dependability, and work without bigger supervision
Having consultancy experience is a plus
