For our client, a fintech company from Portugal, we are seeking an RPA Developer (UiPath) in Lisbon.
The RPA Team works with Product Managers, Platform Technology Managers, and functional teams across the firm to help define and prioritize automation projects.
The role within the team will be responsible for assisting in driving the adoption and implementation of RPA across the company.
Project information: Type of project: advanced robotics and process automationRemote mode from Lisbon with occasional visits in the officeWorking hours: flexibleProject scope: Identify and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clearly articulated with proposed potential solutionsCollect data from various sources and have a continuous process improvement mindsetBuild and create a roadmap of Intelligent Automation Process projectsCommunicate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirementsContribute to the design and testing of RPA ProcessesIdentify ways to improve performance and robustnessParticipate in code reviews and lead progress update meetingsOffer technical solutions, effort estimation, and outline delivery strategy and plansExecute the staging and deployment of automation solutions in both sandbox and live environmentsProvide dedicated support and configuration assistance post-productionCreate documentation and user guides for RPA processesMinimum Requirements: 1+ year of experience in business analysis and project managementExperience working with gathering requirements and implementing solutions in a systematic wayRPA and UiPath ExperienceAnalytics-driven - can measure the impact of RPA solutions on processes and teamsUnderstanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrationsIntegration experience and knowledge of how systems efficiently communicateStrong prioritization and project management skills, including timely and proactive communication of timelines and statusExperience building and running requirement gathering and implementation processesNice to have: Python, .Net, C#, Integration Experience with S3 bucketsWe offer: Unique opportunity to join innovation projects in the Fintech industryBenefits package that includes annual performance bonus and equity for all full-time employees; healthcare with 100% employer-paid health and dental insuranceIf preferred, possibility to work 100% remotely
