A tua principal missão será coordenar atividades entre as várias áreas envolvidas, garantindo uma comunicação clara e eficiente, mantendo a documentação de status de projeto atualizada e assegurando elevados níveis de qualidade da documentação técnica.
Principais Responsabilidades: Monitorizar os principais projetos de implementação de controlos de segurança (liderados por Cibersegurança ou outras áreas da organização), mantendo o tracking do seu estado, incluindo plano de projeto, execução, riscos e temas a desbloquear;Reportar o status do projeto às partes interessadas;Endereçar e acompanhar as atividades de mitigação de riscos de cibersegurança com outras áreas da organização;Identificar e gerenciar riscos de cibersegurança em projetos em curso, garantindo a implementação de controlos de segurança adequados;Assegurar a gestão eficaz do Steering Committee de Cibersegurança e outros canais internos de comunicação, propondo agendas e coordenando a preparação de documentos para as sessões;Coordenar equipas de cibersegurança na gestão orçamental da área, incluindo a preparação do orçamento anual e a monitorização da sua execução, antecipando necessidades de acordo com o planeamento;Apoiar na preparação da apresentação dos planos anuais de atividades da área de cibersegurança;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e procedimentos de cibersegurança.QualificaçõesFormação Académica Superior em Eletrotécnica ou experiência equivalente, com capacidade para integrar conhecimentos técnicos com noções de gestão;Experiência significativa em gestão de programas ou projetos complexos, preferencialmente na área de cibersegurança;Experiência na preparação de reportes à gestão sobre riscos e atividade (steering committee);Conhecimentos em metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.);Conhecimentos na gestão e operação de ferramentas de gestão de projetos (ex. JIRA);Conhecimentos em segurança da informação e normas de cibersegurança (ISO, NIST, etc.);Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipas;Capacidade para gerir conflitos e coordenar grupos de trabalho multidisciplinares;Boa capacidade de planeamento e organização;Capacidade de identificar e gerenciar riscos de cibersegurança;Habilidade para trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos apertados;Proatividade, resiliência e adaptabilidade a mudanças;Pensamento crítico e orientado para resultados;Habilidade para tomar decisões e resolver problemas;Excelente capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita) e habilidades interpessoais;Capacidade relacional forte e habilidade para estabelecer networking positivo;Domínio das ferramentas MS Office (especialmente MS Excel e MS PowerPoint).Conhecimentos Valorizados: Conhecimento em tecnologias de segurança;Conhecimento em gestão de riscos e conformidade;Experiência no setor das telecomunicações;Conhecimento de regulamentação europeia relacionada com segurança ou setorial (NIS2, DORA, RGPD, SIRSCE).Se tens interesse nesta oportunidade e o perfil que procuramos, envia a tua candidatura
