We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.What are we looking for?Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or in a similar HR technology role.Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.G., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle, or similar).Ability to configure, update, and maintain HRIS systems.Experience with data entry, integrity checks, and basic reporting.Ability to identify and resolve system-related issues.Comfortable working with HR teams and IT to support system needs.Experience assisting HR staff with system navigation and troubleshooting.What do we have to offer you?Health Insurance; Feedback&Coffee– the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model; Hybrid work model; A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
