This position is designed for recruitment professionals who are passionate about sourcing and connecting with top talent in the Swedish-speaking market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, actively source and evaluate candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Your fluency in Swedish will be essential for effectively communicating with candidates in Sweden and other Swedish-speaking regions.
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for various roles with a focus on Swedish-speaking candidatesDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talentConduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fitBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycleStay informed about recruitment trends and labor market developments in SwedenProvide timely feedback and updates to candidates regarding their application statusEnsure accurate record-keeping of all recruitment activities to facilitate tracking and reportingRequirements Fluency in Swedish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantageProven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote settingStrong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and methodologiesExcellent communication and relationship management skillsAble to work independently while effectively handling multiple recruitment projectsStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailFamiliarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Benefits Work From HomeCompetitive Monthly IncomeAnd More..Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsultingIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
