Operations & Automation Engineer

Bnberry is on the lookout for a skilled Operations & Automation Engineer to become an integral part of our forward-thinking technology team. This role is perfect for individuals who possess a robust coding background alongside a zeal for enhancing operations via intelligent automation. As our Operations & Automation Engineer, you'll be instrumental in managing HubSpot integrations, data synchronization, and automations, directly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and operations teams. Your mission will involve not only connecting systems but ingeniously weaving them into a seamless operational tapestry, thus unlocking significant organizational optimizations.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and management of HubSpot integrations, ensuring data synchronization and automation processes are streamlined across platformsCollaborate with sales and operations teams to refine external tool flows, including data warehouses, KPI tracking automation, and BI tooling, to optimize performance and insightsProactively identify, develop, and implement new use-cases that propel organizational efficiency, moving beyond mere connections to achieve meaningful integrationsResponsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation, promoting the internal adoption of automation, dashboards, and operational flows, enhancing organizational literacy and utilizationEngage in the development of small workflow and internal tooling applications, leveraging platforms like Retool to craft bespoke solutions that address specific operational needs
Requirements
Strong coding proficiency with experience in databases, APIs, and Google Big QueryExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, with a deep understanding of integration and automation mechanismsPrevious experience working with Retool or similar platforms is highly advantageous, enabling the development of internal tools and workflowsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving towards common goals and operational efficienciesA proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovationExcellent communication skills, capable of effectively documenting and advocating for technical solutions across the organizationA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
