About the job To actively contribute to BNP Paribas' Recruitment strategy and growth for Portugal. To ensure effective Recruitment delivery to the Group's Business Areas at local level, by sourcing and assessing the right talent in the shortest period possible, while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Hiring Managers and Candidates), acting as advisory partner and respecting the highest ethical and conduct standards.
Your Main Activities Are Importing information from Recruitment requests to the systemReviewing and publishing job advertsFollowing applications by contacting candidates and performing phone screeningAttending and observing HR interviewsObserving the production of HR assessment reportsScheduling Hiring Managers' interviewsObserving the preparation of job offers and their validationPreparing onboarding and hiring instructionsTaking part in transversal Recruitment projects and processes (Inclusive Recruitment, Recruitment of refugees, etc.)Supporting the Campus and Sourcing Relations activity whenever necessary, by preparing and attending Recruitment events, as well as following up on their outcomesParticipating in all team-bonding activitiesProfile and Skills to Success Master's degree in social sciences, Human Resources or related fieldKnowledge of Human ResourcesKnowledge of Assessment/evaluationFluency in English and PortugueseAbility to collaborate/TeamworkCommunication skills – oral & writtenAbility to develop and leverage networksWhy joining BNP Paribas?
