If you have any special needs, count on us to adapt your position. Position Summary The SEO Specialist will join a broader team focusing on website and content optimization.
The SEO Specialist will support website editors and webmasters in the implementation of SEO recommendations provided by global and local search agencies or SEO tools, mainly focusing on on-page and technical SEO.
This individual is responsible for implementing SEO fixes and recommendations.
Leveraging BrightEdge and Google Search Console, the SEO Specialist needs to monitor and track website performances and provide recommendations which will then be presented to the brand manager.
In addition, this individual might be involved in larger SEO projects like the migration of several websites in collaboration with the SEO Expert.
A day in the life of... Act as the go-to person for any SEO related topicsReview and analyze the Nestlé websites for areas that can be improved and optimizedMeasure results of the strategy implementation with tools like BrightEdge, Google Analytics, Google Search ConsoleMonitor and report performance of traffic, rankings, conversions and other trendsWork closely with brand managers to explain SEO issues and highlight improvement opportunities What will make you successful At least 1 year of SEO experience is requiredWorking in a multinational/multicultural environmentExcellent speaking, writing and editing skills in EnglishAbility to work with ticketing and workflow toolAttention to detailsHighly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peersA team-oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilienceMeeting deliverable requirements, service level measures and specific targets What we offer Here at NBS we care about our Talents and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
