ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our TechHub
You will be responsible for redefining the perception of Technology. This highly personable and energetic person will be accountable for the construction and management of a communication framework tailored to technology that will complement the regional communications strategy.
You will also conceptualize training capability responsible for accelerating and anchoring adoption of new technology capabilities into HAVI Supply Chain at all levels, across all disciplines and will facilitate repositioning Technology as a high performing strategic enabler. This person will also be responsible for assembling, optimizing and aligning a training and skills upliftment program for HAVI SC Technology, this will form a critical part of the HAVI SC Technology transformation program and key success criteria.
You will be accountable for conceptualizing and delivering a Key User concept, focusing on harnessing an extended ambassador framework for Technology within core functions, to further enrich technology experiences. This key user concept will form the basis of our user groups in HAVI SC and be 'the voice of the user' as we drive deep cross functional collaboration to prioritize our focus.
THE SKILLS To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you: 10+ years of experience driving change and communications in technology, organizational change management areas with proven quantitative success records.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.Ability to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals.Strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting compelling content and messaging.Knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.Experience in maintaining and enhancing brand identity and reputation.Proficiency in measuring campaign success through KPIs and data-driven insights.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners.Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.Fluency in English.THE BENEFITS What's in for you?
