Recruitment Apple Lovers is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Norwegian speaking Video Content Analyst for their offices in Lisbon.

Position: Video Content Analyst
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review user reports regarding website content with no sensitive/triggering content involvedDaily content compliance monitoring and corrective measures applicationMake well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and proceduresPropose solutions to improve the support of user community REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written. Intermediate level in EnglishAble to cover morning and afternoon shift rotation from Monday to FridayExcellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skillsQuick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAble to objectively evaluate and classify the content OFFER: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceMorning and afternoon shifts covering Monday - Sunday operating hours, with no night shifts2 month training agreement + 1 year full-time contract with 30 days probationBe part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialMeal allowanceHealth Insurance & Life Insurance & Family Plan (Spouse/legal partner and children)Yearly performance bonusRelocation allowance and assistance
