Your New Company You will be joining a leading company in the manufacturing sector, renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence.
Your New Role As an IT Specialist, you will support the business as the first line of contact. You will manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations. You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find sustainable solutions to connect our IT systems, perform root cause analysis, and find solutions with the support of strong IT colleagues.
Responsibilities Network Administration:
- Manage VLANs and configure switches.
- Administer firewall policies to ensure network security.Server Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers.
- Manage VMware environments.Intranet Administration:
- Provide suggestions and validate documents.
- Handle customer urgencies and requests.
- Manage 5S labels and new layouts on the intranet.Problem Resolution:
- Resolve SILVER issues autonomously.
- Follow up on SILVER tickets in HCG.
- Address local network vulnerabilities indicated by the Cybersecurity cell.Helpdesk Management:
- Administer helpdesk (GLPi) and manage user access.
- Handle hardware purchases.
- Perform data backups and restore virtual machines.Qualifications Proficiency in English and basic knowledge of French.Experience in network administration, including VLAN management and switch configuration.Experience in managing firewall policies.Proficiency in server administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.Experience with VMware management.Experience in helpdesk administration (GLPi).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.What You'll Get in Return Opportunity to participate in highly recognized projects.Excellent work environment.Integration into a dynamic team.Continuous training opportunities with certification in various technologies.What You Need to Do Now Does this sound up your street?
