We are looking for a Commercial Development Associate to join our Commercial Development team from CPW business. 
Your mission will be to develop and deploy category strategy, tactics and CPW plans to Retail channel and to be Responsible for SRM, including Promotion Strategy.
A day in the life of a Commercial Development Associate Category growth & performance for each category driver. CPW growth in the category, drivers, sub-channels and key customers. CPW market share in the category, drivers, sub-chanels and key customers. Assortment/Merchandising recommendations reflective of the agreed Category Plan/Drivers. Depth of CPW distribution. CPW share of space and range. CPW €/kg Sell Out What will make you successful Develop and implement local channel plans, aligned with CPW central plans Define and deploy the Picture of Success for the Category. Recommendation on the Category Promotion Plan, that will deliver the Category Drivers and growth opportunities. Ensure category management principals are included in the specialist ways of working mainly in the partnership customers, so the category message is translated clearly in the specialist business. Consistently seek and share best practice across similar categories both on a local and European basis. Give inputs to Monthly Planning Cycle. Lead SRM deployment in Retail Channel. Participation in Central category and channel meetings.
