Job Description:As a SAP migration expert, seeking a challenging role in leading our company's transition to SAP S/4HANA, you will:
Manage the migration of our SAP R/3 system to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our business operations;Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan, encompassing data analysis, process mapping, and system integration;Oversee the entire migration process, from planning and preparation to testing and deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;Manage and collaborate with a diverse team of technical and business stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment;Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the migration's success and a positive impact on our overall business strategy;Work in collaboration with a central governance team that steers the overall migration for the overarching S4 migration activities in our division.QualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar;More than 3 years of experience in SAP R/3 migration projects.Experience in managing complex projects;Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities and migration methodologies;Good team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments.Ability to work in an international team environment;Organized and analytical work style, strong organizational and planning skills, with a problem-solving mindset and good presentation skills;Very good communication skills in English and preferably in Portuguese too;Willingness to travel occasionally.Note:this is a hybrid opportunity to go to the office 2x/month (Aveiro).
