DESCRIÇÃO DE FUNÇÕES:Com report direto ao Head of Finance and Accounting da Edenred Portugal, o Accounting Technician terá como principais funções:
Contabilização de contas a pagar e movimentos bancários;Realização de reconciliações bancárias;Inserir informações financeiras em programas de software apropriados;Processar e contabilizar despesas de deslocações;Auxiliar auditorias internas e externas;Verificar saldos de diversas contas e retificar discrepâncias;Gerir transações diárias;Apoiar na preparação do orçamento;Rever relatórios financeiros e identificar quaisquer discrepâncias.O Accounting Technician irá interagir principalmente com os seguintes stakeholders:
Internamente: Comité de Direção, Departamento Financeiro, Departamento de FP&A, Departamento de Recursos Humanos, Departamento de Produto, Departamento de Tecnologia e membros do Grupo Edenred.
Externamente: Auditores, Clientes, Fornecedores e Parceiros.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Finanças ou área relacionada;No máximo 2 anos de experiência como contabilista;Familiaridade com regulamentações financeiras, incluindo IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards);Nível de Inglês médio;Fortes habilidades organizativas e de gestão de tempo;Excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais;Alto nível de precisão e atenção ao detalhe;Atitude proativa na resolução de problemas e habilidades analíticas;Capacidade de lidar com informações confidenciais e sensíveis.OFERTA:Pacote de benefícios flexíveis;Regime de trabalho híbrido;25 dias de férias (dia de aniversário + 1 wellbeing day + véspera de Natal ou Ano Novo, quando esses dias forem úteis);DATA PREVISTA PARA ADMISSÃO:Com a maior brevidade possível.

Horário: 40 horas semanais entre as 9h00 e as 18h00, de 2ªf a 6ªf.
