.Application Support Engineer Euronext is currently looking for a Application Support Engineer to manage the work within the Corporate Actions Team. Euronext as a Market Infrastructure is responsible to manage critical infrastructures in several countries, especially in Europe, and this role is crucial to guarantee the stability of critical services and requires a strong coordination with business as well with the related technology teams. The role is to manage not just the ITIL competencies but also be part of a 24x5 team that supports the Post Trade businesses. It requires strong analysis, organization, communication and reporting skills, delivering to the business lines and IT stakeholders support in incident management and project activities. As an Application Support Engineer, you will: Be part of an internal Team associated to CA4U service (Corporate Actions Platform for Euronext Securities CSDs); Contribute on the Production schedule for CA4U Application Support service (24/5 support - Business Hours onsite, on call outside Business Hours); Follow the best practices namely ITIL and ISO 20000; Triage incidents related to Corporate Action Platform (namely Megara Platform). Responsibilities include: Manage and solve complicated incidents raised from 1st Level requiring extensive system and application knowledge. Maintain functionality of the software, monitoring hardware and software components that support Megara Platform. Support the Incident Manager in coordinating decisions on emergency fixes once assessed that a software fix is needed to resolve the incident. Define and set up application alerts to be monitored by 1st level. Technical configuration of Megara as listed in the relevant Configuration Matrix. Manage communication with software vendor (Vermeg) and incident escalation for them as 3rd Level if solutions are still not available. Be involved in all planned Megara platform software deployment tasks to assess the need for new technical configurations to be tested and impact on existing software CI, updating them within the CMDB if necessary. Responsible for changes in Megara due to software CRs. Contribute to Megara Operations monitoring. Contribute to the Problem Management process if the problems are related to the application. Play a significant role in implementing improvements on Megara platform. Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and applications. Collaborate with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values. Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate levels when required. Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients and internal business lines. Solicit and respond to feedback while gaining commitment and support
