Key Responsibilities Lead the development of Generative AI solutions from proof of concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality standards through best practices, testing, validation, and performance evaluation.Guide and mentor junior developers throughout the AI development lifecycle, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality deliverables.Engage with business stakeholders to define the technical direction of AI projects and align them with business needs.Support the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring continuous monitoring, optimization, and updates.Collaborate with software developers, MLOps, and DevOps teams to seamlessly integrate AI modules into scalable applications.Requirements for the role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.At least 5 years of experience in full-stack machine learning, from conception to deployment, focusing on modular and scalable architectures.Experience in developing and deploying LLM-based solutions is highly valued.Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.Hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly Azure or AWS.Familiarity with services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, OpenAI, and BedRock is a plus.Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.A team player with a collaborative mindset.Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for PortugalWhat we offer at Keyrus Portugal: Competitive salary based on your skills & experience and according to the Data market practice.Meal allowance of €8.32 per day.Flexible benefits option.Private Medical Insurance.22 days of annual leave (increasing every 3 years up to a maximum of 25 days).Training Program through KLX (Keyrus Learning Experience) Platform.Why Keyrus?
