The Role:
As a Spanish Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that user-generated content aligns with community guidelines and stays safe for Spanish-speaking users. You'll be responsible for reviewing content, identifying harmful or inappropriate material, and ensuring that platforms remain welcoming, positive, and inclusive. Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate Spanish-language content across various digital platforms to ensure compliance with community standards.Identify, flag, and remove offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content to maintain a positive user experience.Make accurate, consistent, and timely decisions to ensure the safety of the platform.Collaborate with other teams to address more complex content issues and ensure the best possible user experience.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in content moderation.Offer valuable insights and feedback to continuously improve moderation processes and guidelines.What We're Looking For:
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make quick, fair decisions in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit – you're comfortable working with diverse teams.A genuine passion for digital safety and ensuring that online communities stay positive and secure.Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus, but not required – we'll provide all the necessary trainingA problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.Why Choose Cross Border Talents?
