As an Office Manager at Adnovum, you will play a key role in enabling and facilitating our office space in Lisbon.
You will actively engage with employees both in Portugal and abroad, gaining exposure to various areas within the company.
If you enjoy working in a service-oriented manner and can stay organized even in fast-paced situations, you might be the perfect fit for us.
You will be responsible for administering our Lisbon office and handling the following tasks:
Plan and coordinate employee events alongside the People teamEnsure the proper and continuous operation of office infrastructure (cleaning, maintenance and repairs)Negotiate contracts and oversee agreements with office-related vendorsBe the liaison between the company lawyer and internal teams ensuring that the company records are compliantEnsure employees and company Health and Safety regulationsArrange business trips for employees across different locationsHandle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and ordersAnswer phone calls and welcome visitorsWhat we're looking forCompletion of mandatory schooling (12th grade)Higher education and prior experience in similar roles are a plusProficiency in MS OfficeFluency in English and PortugueseStrong communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive, hands-on mindset, are essential for success in this role Sharp minds, good vibesWe are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
