Job Description We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can transform ideas and brand concepts into compelling visual narratives for our B2B solutions. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the creative stakeholders of our company to produce cohesive and on-brand digital and print collateral. Your daily tasks will include designing marketing and sales materials, presentations, whitepapers, and other visual content that aligns with the brand's guidelines and strategic goals.
Responsibilities As a Graphic Designer at Shikenso, your responsibilities will include:
Designing and creating high-quality B2B marketing and sales materials, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and industry reports.Crafting engaging visual assets for digital and print platforms.Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our messaging.Monitoring and maintaining design assets, ensuring that all creative materials are updated and aligned with branding guidelines and objectives.Staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to proactively enhance our visual strategies and contribute fresh design ideas.Skills & Qualifications Required: Proven track record in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or corporate setting.A strong portfolio in digital (and print) design, showcasing a variety of styles, techniques, and real-world projects.Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint.Experience creating B2B marketing materials, sales assets, and corporate presentations.Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.Readiness to work in central European business hours daily.Fluent in English (spoken and written word).Bonus: Knowledge about the sports, esports, or entertainment industry.Data affinity to create visuals from and with our data.Experience with UI/UX principles and web design.Motion graphics and video editing experience.Design degree or related certification.At Shikenso, you'll get to work in a fast-growing startup where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
