YOUR ROLEAs a strategic consultant, you will work with clients from various industries and sectors to help them solve their most complex and pressing business challenges. You will conduct rigorous research and analysis, develop innovative solutions, and present your recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will also collaborate with a diverse and talented team of colleagues who will support your professional growth and development. Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:Understand the client's context, goals, and needs and define the scope and approach of the project. Gather and synthesize relevant data, information, and insights from multiple sources. Apply analytical frameworks and tools to generate hypotheses and test solutions. Create clear and compelling deliverables, such as reports, presentations, dashboards, or prototypes. Communicate your findings and recommendations to the client and other stakeholders in a persuasive and engaging manner. Manage the project timeline, budget, and resources and ensure- quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and other external parties. YOUR PROFILEA bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, economics and engineering. At least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, operations or a similar role. Experience in Transformation Projects, running Market Studies and proposing/ implementing product strategy. working with client and internal teams to reveal new opportunities (technology or financial). Experience advising senior leadership. Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to understand pain points, identify challenges, understand the current state, articulate findings and developing recommendations or action plans. Experience conducting technology and market research. Strong analytical and- solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences and contexts. Proficiency in using various software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Power BI, etc. Passion for innovation, telecommunications and new technologies. Fluent in English.
