Help us get ahead of disease together with our Marketing Trainee, Marketing Specialty Care, 2024 - Portugal Education required: Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or similar with interest or additional studies/experience in the Marketing area.
Other requirements: Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point;
Good communication skills;
Knowledge of Design tools will be valued;
Creativity, good time management, ability to define deadlines and priorities;
Ease of interpersonal relationships, good communication skills, team spirit, initiative/proactivity and ability to work at a demanding pace in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English and Portuguese

Quem somos nós? Estágio com duração de 12 meses com o objetivo de proporcionar ao candidato(a) o primeiro contacto com o "mundo" empresarial, permitindo adquirir conhecimento prático relacionado com os diferentes processos de gestão da área de Marketing, aplicada a à Indústria Farmacêutica e a medicamentos sujeitos a receita médica, numa multinacional farmacêutica de topo.
Requisitos: Licenciatura em Ciências Farmacêuticas, outras áreas da Saúde, Gestão ou Marketing;
Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);
Conhecimento de ferramentas de Design será valorizado;
Fluência em Inglês, escrito e falado;
Criatividade, boa gestão de tempo, capacidade de definir prazos e prioridades;
Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, boas capacidades de comunicação, espírito de equipa, iniciativa/proatividade e capacidade para trabalhar a um ritmo exigente em ambiente dinâmico e cross-functional .
Principais Áreas de Desenvolvimento: Possibilidade de trabalhar em contexto multinacional, com bom ambiente de trabalho, numa das principais empresas do sector, sólida e dinâmica que será um marco para o início da vida profissional;
Elaboração de materiais científicos de apoio à visita médica em coordenação com o departamento médico;
Apoio à operacionalização da estratégia da marca junto da força de vendas;
Acompanhamento no desenvolvimento de ações promocionais, procedendo à de utilização dos vários canais de comunicação seguindo uma estratégia omnichannel ;
Comunicação com fornecedores e organização de eventos;
Análise e interpretação de dados de mercado, bem como apoio à criação de planos de ação com base nos insights recolhidos;
Elaboração de apresentações sobre diversos temas;
Apoio à gestão de budget;
Participação na elaboração das linhas estratégicas da marca, através do apoio à elaboração dos Brand Plans;
Trabalho em equipa com ações de colaboração com outros departamentos e outras áreas de negócio.
