Descriçao da oferta The Site HR will oversee and direct HR operations, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business objectives while nurturing a culture of excellence and ongoing enhancement. This role involves managing talent acquisition, fostering employee development, overseeing performance management, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and union negotiations where applicable. Description Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Provide strategic input to executives on HR matters. Identify and develop high-potential employees for succession planning. Manage competitive compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs. Conduct market analysis to align compensation structures with industry standards. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions. Drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. Implement training and development programs for employee growth. Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Profile Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemical or strong industrial reality (preferably). Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations- important relations with hard unions. Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software and tools and very Good English level. Must be physically present at the Industrial Plant during the week days- fully presential work.
