Key Responsibilities Collaborative Quality Assurance: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to collectively define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software features and components meet specified requirements.
Test Structure Organization: Organise test sets and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and easy maintenance.
Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Performance and Usability Testing: Evaluate software performance and usability, ensuring it meets user expectations and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of QA processes, enhancing quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Industry Trends Incorporation: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, and adeptly incorporate them into our QA processes.
Qualifications Academic Background: Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field will be considered a plus.
Certified tester: Holding an ISTQB certification will be considered a plus.
Professional Experience: Demonstrate proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
Testing Expertise: Have a good understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Manual Testing Skills: Demonstrate solid experience in manual testing, with a strong ability to identify and report defects.
