Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: First point of contact on the phone for hotel guestsProcessing of all written enquiries and requestsAdvising hotel guests via all communication channels used by the brandCarrying out daily arrival and departure checksCheckingreservations as well as incoming payments What's in it for you? Type of contract: Employment Term Contract of 12 months, renewable for additional 12 monthsWorking hours: full time 40h/week (8h/day)on rotating shifts Monday to Sunday from 7am to 7pmSalary conditions (*) – 2 optionsIncluding free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,221.55€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1,586.05€ gross/monthFor international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expensesAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help withpaperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sportsactivities and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career paths Your Future Company:
