QUADRANTE is recruiting a Product Manager/Product Owner to join its Digital Business Unit , where you will play a key role in defining and delivering innovative digital products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the role: As a Product Manager/Product Owner , you will play a key role in defining and executing the product strategy , ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle , from ideation to launch, while prioritizing features that deliver maximum value.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and stakeholder management , enabling you to drive product innovation and optimize business impact.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Development Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap , ensuring alignment with business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for product growth and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the product meets customer needs .
Own and manage the product backlog , prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Act as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams , ensuring seamless communication.
Align cross-functional teams around shared goals and priorities , fostering a user-centric approach.
Work closely with development teams to refine requirements.
Performance & Continuous Improvement Leverage data-driven insights to optimize user experience and enhance product adoption.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products , and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For: Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership , or a similar role.
Hands-on experience in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint planning .
Experience working on digital products.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and data analytics.
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools .
Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or emerging technologies is a plus.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent ability to influence and align stakeholders across different teams.
Strong problem-solving skills , with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical requirements .
Business & User-Centric Mindset Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to drive product decisions.
Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategy .
