Collect offers through tactical sourcing tenders, prepare a global cost benchmarking analysis, and submit a recommendation for award.
Create purchase orders following the approval of the award.
Identify recurrent needs that can be covered by long-term agreements.
Evaluate supplier performance when relevant.
Manage claims with suppliers.
Monitor the orders created and request order confirmations when they are not received.
Track orders that have not been received on time, contact suppliers to expedite delivery, and request quick delivery.
Invite suppliers for registration and follow the vendor creation and approval process in the system.
Invite suppliers for qualification processes and monitor their progress until completion.
Profile: Professional Course in Purchasing
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar responsibilities
Experience with SAP Ariba & SAP, ideally S4H
Good knowledge of other MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point).
English and German proficiency is mandatory
Organisational abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
